sunita-kitchen.jpg Sunita Trivedi is an Indian cookery instructor who has been giving cooking classes for nearly 5 years in Luxembourg. She will teach you to cook pure vegetarian food, starters, main course and dessert, which are easily cooked at home.

Her cooking classes will be hands-on, informative, and interactive; and have something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook. You will learn dishes that are rooted in India's age-old culinary traditions, yet adopted to today's lifestyle and kitchen. She will prepare with you many traditional dishes, including: aloo-gobi-methi-tuk (crispy potatoes and cauliflower with methi leaves), dal banjari (spicy bean soup), Rajasthani kadhi (spicy yogurt sauce).
