You can enjoy the property of the castle of Petite Somme in the Ardennes for a lovely walk, or take a guided tour in the castle.
The grounds consist of a mixture of forest, hills, meadows, and various buildings in Ardenne's traditional style. There is also a rose garden, vegetable garden, beautiful courtyard, and country walk.
The country walk passes through some charming woodland. The walk is open for all and is about 2.5 km long. At a comfortable pace it takes between 40 and 60 minutes to complete the walk. The start (and end) of the walk is next to Radhadesh's cafeteria and car park.
When the property was purchased by ISKCON in 1979 only 15 hectares (of the original 400) around the castle remained. Since then some agricultural and wooded land has been acquired and now the grounds comprise 47 hectares.
