In honour of the 50th anniversary of ISKCON, Radhadesh launched the Pada Sevaka project on Gaura Purnima 2016. This is a unique project. Sri Sri Radha Gopinatha offer you the opportunity to offer an arati (altar service) on your birthday, for the rest of your life.
You can also give this gift to your family, friends and acquaintances. And on his/her birthday or any other special day, offer an arati in their name.
When you sponsor an arati, that arati will be done on your behalf – or on behalf of the person you want to give the gift of the arati.
This way, everyone can get the mercy of Sri Sri Radha Gopinatha, Sri Sri Jaganatha, Baladeva, Subhadra and Sri Sri Gaura Nitai.
Sponsoring can be done if you want to:

Arati is a sanskrit word, and comes from aratrika, and means that which removes ratri, or darkness. It refers to the altar service of offering a lamp and other items to the Lord.
It’s an offering of the five elements to the Lord. It always starts with the blowing of the sankha, or conch shell. This symbolises the element of sound, or ether.
The incense symbolises the air element (some say this symbolises a purified state of mind). Then there is the offering of ghee wicks in a lamp, fire, then water, offered in a conch shell.
Then a piece of clothing is offered, then a flower – offering the aroma of the earth.
In the summer Their Lordships are cooled by being fanned with peacock feathers (some say this also symbolises air), and finally with a yak tail, to remove all the bad things, like flies (some say this symbolises also ether).
Intelligence is offered through the adherence to rules of timing and order of offerings. Thus, one’s entire existence and all facets of material creation are symbolically offered to the Lord via the arati ceremony.
