Generally the Monday yoga class is facilitated by Anandini, and Thursday yoga class by Michelle.
Yoga on Monday
Antoinette (her yoga name is Anandini) is of Dutch origin and lived in America for 12 years where she created a center and guesthouse for the welfare of spiritual education, called: The Self Discovery Center. www.selfdiscoverycenter.com Antoinette is a certified Atma Yoga teacher since 2005 at the level of 500 hours. Yoga on Thursday
Thursday’s yoga is a relaxing yoga in harmony with the body, using breathing; physical tension, muscle tension and nervous tension, disappears. It’s the practice of gentle yoga and breathing suitable for the exercise. After the yoga class there will be 15 minutes of relaxation. Michelle has been practicing yoga for 15 years, she arrived in Radhadesh 5 years ago to do yoga in a quiet place, with a lot of very good energy, this is very conducive for yoga in general.
Substitute Yoga Teacher
Madhu was born in Amsterdam, in 1970, became a vegetarian at age 14 and was trained for 10 years by Jonathan Shaw, one of the founders and pioneers of Therapeutic Stretching, a student of Yoga with Swami Satyananda Saraswati and close friend of Arthur Balaskas.
Very soon, Madhu became Jonathan’s main assistant and taught alongside Jonathan for 10 years as well as gave his own classes (3 years) in Amsterdam, Haarlem and Eindhoven (Amsterdam School of Massage, numerous yoga studios, private classes).
Madhu also worked with Els van der Horst on introducing children to Therapeutic Stretching in a fun, playful manner.
